Unexpectedly Convenient Getaway

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, allowing an early check-in. The breakfast was satisfying, and having a fridge in the room was a real bonus!

I was pleasantly surprised by the super clean rooms, a hot and hearty breakfast selection, and friendly staff. The indoor pool was a nice touch for families and offered a relaxing escape!

Despite the positives, I encountered issues with noise from the freeway nearby and outdated furniture in my room, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

Carpets in the room were stained and dirty!!! Shower water was lukewarm and uncomfortable!!! Furniture appeared chipped and damaged, giving an overall run-down vibe!!!

I appreciated the over-the-top breakfast selection, particularly the delicious biscuits and gravy that rivaled some local diners. However, the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow, and safety measures for senior guests could be improved. I also noticed some wear in the common areas that could use attention.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the easy access to Murase Plaza Park just a short walk away and the welcoming vibe of nearby restaurants like Hunan Kitchen that made dining convenient and delicious.

We loved visiting the nearby Broadway Rose Theater Company and Lakewood Center for the Arts. Plus, the staff was super friendly, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Just be aware that the hotel is still undergoing renovation.

Just a hop to Hunan Kitchen for some killer Chinese, and Boone's Junction had the best bites—the kind that make you want to keep coming back for more. Plus, the breakfast spread was solid—party in your mouth with those hot options! Staff were super friendly, making it a great home base during my trip.

The room was starting to look a bit run down and for the price, not as nice as I'm used to. I could've easily found a nicer spot in the area for the same cash.

The breakfast exceeded expectations, featuring a hot spread with options like cooked eggs, bacon, and freshly made waffles, which made for a great start to the day. The business center was also useful for my paperwork post-checkout.
